By cancelling your 12-month subscription, you are opting out of automatic renewal. You will retain full access to your X-Analytics License until exactly one year from your original purchase date, and will continue being charged (if you selected the monthly payment plan) through the end of the 12-month term. No refunds will be issued for the remainder of the subscription period.
